Is there a DFW show listing? Any help would be great. Thanks... Just listened to some El Paso Hot Button. Not my thing really but does anyone remember Lonesone Organist from I THINK the first melodica? I just remember seeing him at the Argo and it was fun to watch.

nothing we can do about the competition thing... its sxsw week, and pretty much every venue in the world has a show that night.

This is going to be a fucking blast --I kinda wish it wasn't at SF though--they need a better venue --even a house would be better

I went to a show at Strawberry Fields for the first time last weekend and I thought it was awesome. I've seen TNV everywhere from an abandoned house to J&J's basement to the Granada and it was great every time. I wish we could have set up a big SXSW show like we did at J&J's last year to eliminate all the competition bullshit but there was no place to do it.

Times New Viiking is yet another band that could absolutely do without vocals. I really like their stuff until the vocals come in. Same with Led Zeppelin, Rollins-era Black Flag, and Black Heart Procession.
