SXSW: Strange Invitation
Maybe we didn't catch it the first time we checked, or maybe they were just added to the list. Either way the Strange Boys are playing SXSW this year. No word as to when or where of course, but we'll let you know as soon as we find out. Good to see that there is at least ONE good Dallas band playing.

Bosque Brown? Theater Fire? DRD?
...not to mention Baboon?
we mentioned most of the bands playing SXSW from the DFW area a while back. We didn't include Bosque Brown or Theater Fire in the "good sxsw bands from Dallas" list because they are listed as being from Denton and Fort Worth. We didn't list DRD because we don't like them.
YES! Undoing of David Wright is brilliant!!! I saw them w/ the Starnge Boys a while back.. crazy stuff. Very cool band.
