Weekender Update
The Boston Shanks/Brimstone Howl/The Strange Boys (J&Js 118 Oak St. in Denton): Pretty sure that things get started around 9 or 10, but don't quote me on that. Don't know much about the Boston Shanks, but you might want to give Brimstone Howl a listen because they sound absolutely fantastic.... super muddy and raw garage rock that reminds me a bit of Black Lips. This could honestly be the best show of the weekend.

last minute update for Denton. Unconscious Collective w/ Mr. Dover doing improv based on "IN C" by Terry Riley at 8th Continent. Don't what time this is happening, but it is a going away party for Paul Baker who is gonna be doing Video all night.
who is running 8th continent these days?
