i doubt the fire marshal or the police have real evidence of the person who did it. plead not guilty.

yeah yeah. :) i'm not a person of question. i just think it's highly improbable that there is any real evidence that links the arson to someone who was on a video sayin bullshit while chained to a column. i think it's more of a method of intimidation to get the person of question to leak useful information. i think it's absurd to think that it was committed by one individual and the authorties i think know that too. they just wanna squeeze out the 'proper' information.

That kid is a jackass (if you've ever heard him play, you know exactly what I'm talking about).
He was the one who chained himself to a column in the Tomato, and I'm almost positive he was taken to jail for that, too.
