It List: Tuesday 11/20/07
Another slow day, but the Granada is showing some new music DVD's on their big screen tonight. They're mostly lame but one of them is Nirvana: Unplugged In New York, which is a holiday classic from late 1994. That and the Charlie Brown Christmas Special are pretty much the last two cultural icons that I associate with this time of year that haven't been completely ruined. Oh wait, there's always this.

the vocals on carol of the bells are pretty ,pretty, pretty good.
I agree, 2:24. The production on "Carol of the Bells" is pretty good, too, especially compared to "Jingle Bells," which, in my opinion, sounds like someone hit the DEMO button on a keyboard (a la "Crocodile Rock"). Anyway, I can't wait to see what the Jingle Cats do next.
jinglecats melted my ice cold heart
the night Nirvana sold out. yuck.
I heard a flipper song on KNON the other night.
I saw Flipper with Ed Hall at Trees back in, oh, 93?
I remember that show! Didn't Crust open?
That sounds about right, Crust were FREAKS...
