Victory!

Dirk just played the biggest game of his career, and the Mavericks just won the biggest game in franchise history. Jason Terry came out fighting like nobody's fuckin' business, Josh Howard played tough, and even Stackhouse made some big shots. And as no one could have predicted, Diop was the overtime hero, shuttin' Tim Duncan down like he was somebody's biznitch. And as a funny side note, I heard that a few bands at a few shows around town tonight, including Sound Team at Gypsy, actually waited to start their sets until the game was over. Um, that rules. Seriously, nothing feels better than sending those crybaby Spurs packin'. Bring on Phoenix. And oh yeah, sorry to the people that hate sports talk on this blog. Cuz theres more comin'.

yeah, i was at the Sound Team show. those dudes were really gracious, considering most of them are actually from San Antonio. they let the final seconds tick off the clock, said, "Congratulations Dallas", then launched into their set. that place was going crazy.

I can't wait for the Detroit vs. Dallas championship series, because then it will be like Gorilla vs.Bear vs. WeShotJR.

absoLUTEly keep the Mavs talk. the variety is awesome...

...my use of the phrase "eat it, ya chooch" at a pivotal point in last night's game, however, probably not so awesome. But, I'll be sportsmanlike, so my apologies to you, Mr. Duncan.

don't forget music people, we have to beat phoenix before there can be a detroit vs dallas series...

i applaude your efforts to engage this blog in a little sports talk, though.

I called Tim Duncan way worse things than that last night. Did you hear how he snubbed Detroit last night in the post game interviews? He said THIS was the most competitive series he had ever played in.

The most hilarious parts were everytime Dirk got hammered so hard it would have been a crime on the street ... and within a split second Duncan was doing his patented "bend and bitch" and so was poxawitch.

What a bunch of bunz ... go eat cardboard tacos drowned in green acid on a Taco Cabana flotilla u losers ....

to quote a dear friend:

"greg popovich looks like he set his face on fire, then tried to put it out with a pick-axe.."

i hope this brings all of you as much joy as it did me.
