It List: Wednesday

Cheap Time/The Wax Museums/The Reds/The Uptown Bums (Xtreme Dudes Manor): Glad to see a show's happening at Xtreme Dudes, and on a weeknight at that. The Reds are an older group that eventually became The Marked Men, whose lineup is still mostly comprised of the band. Cheap Time are on tour from Nashville, and they have a ridiculous take on glam and garage rock with some trashy punk influences characterizing their sound. They get extra points for listing the great and often overlooked Milk And Cookies as inspiration. The Wax Museums are more straightforwardly punk and are very good at it.

Short Attention Span Theater (Rubber Gloves): Tonight's theme is centered around letting the audience request Youtube videos that will be projected onto a screen. Sounds fun.
