It List: Monday

Zanzibar Snails/Horaflora/Peace,Loving also Barton Carroll/Will E. Lee (J&J's): There seems to have been a confusing situation regarding the booking at J&J's tonight, but anyways, you have a couple of singer songwriters that will open the show, one from Seattle and one from Denton, followed by three willfully "weird" acts, albeit in different ways, and depending on the crowd you run with, not very weird at all.

Peace, Loving is from Massachusetts and they sound like a bastardized Gamelan project started by some art school buddies, mixed in with drone along with some other little rhythmic ornaments. They've put out a live tape (pictured above), so maybe you can pick one up and let me know how wrong I am in this description.
