hell yes, and only one week away!
so i hear sonic boom is coming back to town. wanz and i played two shows with him back in the mid-90's...at the argo, then the next night at some place in austin i can't remember the name of. he was a trip...all strung out and just sober enough to hand me a hand written page of "music". it was a graph with a squiggly line on it. man it was out. i had fun. wish i could be in town to see it.
ah yes... the mid-nineties. back when you + wanz were young men. the times you radicals must've had together. anything new to offer? that's what i thought. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
I'm excited to see Finally Punk. They must be sweet and nice people if The New Bloods are huge fans and tourmates.

Anything new to offer? How about the time and money it took to put together a two day festival featuring bands both classic and new, from near and far just so you have another weekend option to bag on while you sit at the computer?
It's even a 3 day festival if you include the all day sunday show at dada. I'll put money on the fact that 10:59 is a horrible douche bag of a quasi-musician who can't find anyone to form a band with him because he's talentless. He probably still lives with his parents too.

Plus, the Sunday is an all ages show! So, the young guys hate the old guys, but the old guys give the young guys something to do. I said only -guys- because I am a sexist.

The decision came down today. Sloppyworld at Melodica is gonna be All Ages and no alcohol. I'm sorry for the boozers and I am really happy for our younger bruthas and sistuhs.
