As for the Observer, I've never seen them post full album downloads, and I doubt anyone on their music staff even knows who the Wipers are... or any other bands posted in NNMT for that matter. New stuff? We cover it just as much as we ever have, and we still know and write about about everything worth knowing about around here way before the observer does, and like years before Liles reads about it on Rollingstone.com.

The drummer of Billy Goat was Earl Harvin, who has since played with Air, The The, MC 900 Ft Jesus, and about twenty other bands who actually sell records and play shows all over the world. Earl lives in Berlin, Germany now. Mike Dillon from BillyGoat is currently touring as Ani DeFranco's percussionist.
so while BG certainly sounds dated 15 years after the fact, the guys in the band were still from Denton and are actually making a living playing music... and you're not.
